She grew up cultivating multifarious interests in arts and crafts and photography. At age of 14 she has finished a flower arranging course, followed by Golden Embroydery School. Located in the sugar art the perfect synthesis between her skilled craftsmanship, fun and design. The taste for design and love for sweets.
In Her early twenties she moved to Germany where she worked in wedding catering company in Hamburg. Few years later she became a big lover of Italian food what made she to move to Genoa, the capital of Liguria in Italy, whene in more than 8 years time she has improved her cooking and more important baking skills.
In 2009 she moved to London where she finished courses and received professional diploma in SUGARPASTE MODULE. ROYAL ICING & PIPING MODULE. SUGAR FLOWERS MODULE and finally her MASTERS CERTIFICATE at KNIHTSBRIDGE PME LIMITED.
After few years of research studies and work experience she created online based cake company called Cake Design London.
Viktorija speaks Lithuanian, Russian, German, Italian and English which helps her to engage and fully understand some international customers in London.
Today Cake Design London designs and creates a wide variety of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cakepops and other confectionery for every occasion including weddings, birthdays, christenings and corporate events. We do all kind of decorations. From delicate hand crafted sugar flowers and intricate lace work and piping, to fun and funky patters and sugar models. All decorations are hand sculpted to meet your specific requirements.

Tiered Cakes - As tiered Cakes are very vulnerable we prefer to
deliver them as that way your cake is under guarantee that if
it is damaged beyond repair while in transit we will refund
your money. If you choose to to collect the cake then it is at
your own risk once you have taken the cake.
The best way to travel with a cake is to lie it flat in your boot on the floor in the car. Handheld cakes while travelling is not advised as car seats are usually slanted.
We offer a free consultation, where ideas and designs can be discussed and a sample of our cake flavours and confections can be tasted. This is a change to tell us your theme, inspirations and ideas. We will then put a design together inspired by your occasion.
Once a design and price has been agreed there will be a 50% non refundable deposit paid on all cakes and confections, with the remainder of the balance paid in full four week prior to the agreed date. For cakes and confections under £100 a full payment must be made on
